Quality Living

Dwell apartments is a great place, well up kept, evololving, updated. The only unfortunate things about this place is, people dont pick up their dog poop and there are other apartment buildings going up, so its getting busier by the second and its already kind of a tight bubble if that makes sense. It’s definitely an up and coming, busy area so if youre interested in that this place is perfect for you. Ive loved living here overall.

Living at the dwell

I an 84 years old. Been living here for almost 14 years. Am on medicare. My rent has gone up from &$1,600.00 to $2,200.00 a month. I can’t keep living here if it continues to ho up. Please help me .

Been in the apartment for 2 years and signed on for a third year. With that being said, I am sure when I write this others have felt the same. The staff is absolutely amazing, from the custodial worker that cleans the Gym to the mainetenace staff that supports the buildings and ammentities, all the way up through the leasing office and managment. Living here and the location is beyond amazing, when you can walk to top notch restaurants/bars, in the middle of a growing area, as well close to shopping mall and grocery store what more could you ask for. As far as the noise, the floors and walls tend to be a little thin when you have someone above you; however, it is not much during the quiet hours of the night. I look forward to another year in the building.

Dwell McEwen

I really enjoy residing at Dwell McEwen. This is my 7th year at Dwell. The office staff is hands down is one of the best any where! The are courteous, professional, helpful, and very pleasant. I have never reported a noise incident and any repairs are handled with no disruption to service! Truly a blessing to live her.
