Renters appreciate the Venue for its wonderful and professional staff who are quick to address maintenance issues and are always friendly and accommodating. The property is well-maintained with appealing amenities such as walking trails and two dog parks. Residents also value the updated apartments with modern features like granite countertops. First impression was good, but after we moved in, issues started appearing more and more. There were maintenance issues in our apartment which took long time and several reports to be finally fixed. There were noise and smoke from neighbors which we didn't expect in that intensity. In general, the staff was mostly helpful if we needed it but not always and this was disappointing. We missed community events. Residents live here at MAA Cool Springs and I am sure most wish a better community feeling, so please be more supportive and helpful if the residents need it.

The apartment complex itself is very nice and well-maintained, with a clean appearance and a convenient location. Unfortunately, I was forced to terminate my lease early due to ongoing and extreme noise issues. The walls and floors are extremely thin, making it impossible to maintain privacy or have a consistent rest. I could hear nearly every movement my neighbors made, including light switches, conversations, bathroom activities, laundry, cooking, and even intimate moments. I contacted both maintenance and the leasing office multiple times in hopes of finding a solution, but the issue was never resolved. Ultimately, ending my lease early resulted in additional costs to me, despite my efforts to address the situation through proper channels. While the property has many positive features, the lack of sound insulation and the unresolved noise concerns made it unlivable for me. I would recommend this complex only to those who are not sensitive to noise.
