I love MAA cool springs! Good environment, good service!

. The apartments are well-built, spacious, and offer plenty of storage. They're exceptionally well insulated from both heat and noise and come equipped with high-quality appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size washer and dryer. The balcony is very large and even includes additional storage space. One of my favorite features is the miles of sidewalks, beautiful landscaping, and abundance of mature trees that provide shade while walking my dogs on hot summer days. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, the office staff is always helpful and responsive, and the maintenance team is top-notch—fast, reliable, and professional. I've also never had any issues with pests, which has been a huge plus. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it.

First impression was good, but after we moved in, issues started appearing more and more. There were maintenance issues in our apartment which took long time and several reports to be finally fixed. There were noise and smoke from neighbors which we didn't expect in that intensity. In general, the staff was mostly helpful if we needed it but not always and this was disappointing. We missed community events. Residents live here at MAA Cool Springs and I am sure most wish a better community feeling, so please be more supportive and helpful if the residents need it.
