Ive been here almost two years and I love it! Great place to live , schools are close by , grocery store and a few restaurants in walking distance! The manager Randy Hall words cannot express what a great manager he is , Randy made my move smooth and easy, no headaches!! I am very greatful for his awesome work! Maintenance is awesome as well quick, efficient, and always on time! Im in my happy place here!!

The a/c from Kroger it sound like that is inside the apartment. Rooftop is liking, a/c unit if it run for 29 minutes or longer it frost and stop blowing air sliding door it’s broke Sens day one till today has not being fixed.

The townhouse layout of the apartment is great. The 24 hr gym and office are really convenient. The price point for rent is very good.

We have asked multiple times for a new washer and haven’t gotten one. Ours has leaked and flooded out place twice already and they keep fixing the issue but it’s not the solution. There have been times when we ask for Maintenance and need to wait all day because of the front desk error
