Don't move here if you like your sanity
If you like: painted over mold on your bathtub, maintenance falling so behind that they have to bring people in from other apartment complexes, consistent wasps on your balcony/outdoor space, and dealing with people who don't care about fixing issues, then come down to The Estates at Brentwood. They are known for: painting bricks and slapping the word "luxury" on their apartment description, uncharging on lease renewal in order to make you apt to leave, taking weeks to fix issues and then gaslighting you into thinking the issue never existed in the first place. In all seriousness, the pool is a good amenity, but heaven forbid you have a real issue cause they don't want to fix it. I'd look elsewhere.

Love this place lived here over 18 years!
Resident for 4 years
I have lived at Estates at Brentwood for 4 years now and I love the apartment, the amenities, and the location. However, in my time here, the price of my same apartment has increase almost $800 and there is no benefit for renters to “re-sign” the lease…only discounts for new people. The office staff has also been steadily declining…there have been 3 different property managers during my time here and this is by far the worst. However, they are doing. Good job of starting monthly events for renters to attend in the office.
Not worth it
It's been fine until lately. With the proce increases. Not worth it. No updates. Dated.
Best community so far
Best apartment I have lived so far in US, well maintained in and out. I loved my apartment location the most. I wish it was available to be bought. Very helpful staff and maintenance team. The only thing my family missed was kids play area. All stars from my side.
