Management doesn't communicate with residents, lobby is left unattended for many times during the day, people just hang out in the lobby, nobody know who is entering the building, satff is rude to the residents. All of these need to be addressed!

Overall a positive experience, and a decent apartment and value since we moved in until now. So, no major complaints from us up until this year. That said, the building has been getting a bit trashy since the end of 2024. You can now find multiple shopping carts tipped over in the front of the building, people smoking weed in the staircase and in their apartments, elevators breaking down weekly, and the value has decreased significantly overall.
