We moved from Chicago 7 months ago and from application to today 333 Grand has exceeded all expectations. The door staff are impeccable, the amenities are top notch (the pool and hot tubs are truly incredible) and the location is impossible to beat. I commute to Florham Park and the quick access to the turnpike makes all the difference. Nearby you have so many restaurants, shops, bars, you never have to leave jersey city. when you do need to leave, the parking is well with it. Secure and responsive if there is an issue with the gate. Would highly recommend for anyone moving to the area, it is worth the money….we have all the intention for re-signing our lease!

Overall the experience has been good. Very good staff, efficient maintenance. The building is located next to a main steeet, so the noise could be too loud.

I have been here for 1 year. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Building is clean and new. Amenities are gorgeous and state of the art. Location is perfect. Close to the Path Newark Airport and downtown activities.

I love the building (colors/design/cleanliness), the staff, neighbors and amenities a lot. The maintenance team is quick and are able to solve all problems. I do wish there was more community events happening within the building like classes, workshops, events etc. to build relationships with neighbors. I would say the biggest downside currently is the construction noises. Overall great living experience and very happy with my apartment :)
