I've lived here for over 4 years and it has been my favorite place to live. It has its flaws like any place, but year after year we decide to renew because they are making it better every year. Sonya was recently brought on board and has really turned the building around. We never used to feel part of a community, know our neighbors, or take advantage of the amenity spaces and events. Now we look forward to every event, attend as many as we can, and have an incredible time. We want a way to support and show how much we appreciate her. Whether it's in the form of a tip or direct reviews of the events, she really is the reason we decided to renew this year, and we are so grateful for her.

we almost have no access to the pool chairs, grills and other amenities during weekend . please consider limiting access to 88 residents . also the basket ball court is always used by people from other buildings. otherwise everything else in the building is great.
