North facing is noisy. Gym needs more frequent cleaning and ventilation. Room is just ok, not air tight causing a lot of dust to sneak in, which also explains the noise. Maintainence and staff very good. Price is a bit on the higher end but i wouldn't say it's "overpriced".

I've moved to this apartment for a month and so far everything has been great. Easy to retrieve packages, front desk staff is friendly, no noise on 15th floor, and amenity is great and new. I love this apartment building!

There is excessive noise and vibration coming from the waterpipe they are not able to fix it. however the management team is not willing to let me break the lease even tho this is the tenant's right under the NJ state law. not recommend to live here.
