Excessive Noise from waterpipe

There is excessive noise and vibration coming from the waterpipe they are not able to fix it. however the management team is not willing to let me break the lease even tho this is the tenant's right under the NJ state law. not recommend to live here.

Great luxury apartment

My friend recommended this apartment to me and he lives here for over 2 years. Great location (within 8 minutes walk to Path station, and 2 minutes walk to LightRail station)! It's a luxury building with great amenities (pool, BBQ station, outdoor and indoor lounge, study room, gym, dog park). If you choose the unit facing south, you can see the Statue of Liberty through the window!

Lovely property by the river

Really lovely property by the water front. Amenity is limited however it’s well suited to my lifestyle. Would recommend it for sure.
