Great place to live near NYC!
I moved from Texas and glad I found a new property with amenities close to NYC!
Amenities are useless
I am a triathlete who can't drink alcohol and has no use for the gyms here which is catered towards weight lifting. I wish the amenities were more geared towards fitness & something healthier. I have to go to my friends apartments to use their saunas, jacuzzi, indoor lap pools. The amenities at the Enclave match the amenities of a Bar. They are clearly for drinking purposes. I hardly see anyone ever using them except maybe on Sundays. There is so much space that no one uses because no one wants to play 40 year old arcade games. Its a cool gimmick but its not practical at all. The rooftop pool is unavailable 75% of the year. I regret moving here and would have picked another building with amenities geared towards mental & physical health.

Great place
I moved from Hoboken to OneTen (.5 miles down the street) and am extremely happy with the change. The only complaint I would have (obviously unavoidable) is location, however, the shuttles are always on time and the walk is doable. Staff and maintenance are great. There are plenty of amenities to keep you busy, should you like to stay at home. It is always clean in the shared areas. Parking is seamless. Highly recommend!
