My recommendation is to avoid this property if possible. Read the reviews and you will see the devastation of the property. I also highly recommend cruising the property (any prospective property) in the evening and on the weekend to see what the atmosphere is like and also speaking to current residents.

A great community with spacious amenities. The location was great for my first year stay in Charlotte. I would renew at this great apartment, but new job has us being transferred to another cortland property.
