Do Not Sign Until You Visit At Night

The noise of speeding cars and screeching tires on Ridge is scary. I hope it stops before someone loses their life. The car meetups and dragracing must stop.

Lack of Control from Management

Neighbors party all weekends too many noises. They are very rude and do not consider others. Dog poop every where on the grass, even inside the hall in the cement. Rent is high but repairs do not get done when we report it.

Nice Apartment

We really enjoy living here because of how close to different grocery stores and restaurants we are. We love to walk to different places and even take our wagon to the grocery store. The clubhouse is very welcoming and has many amenities to use like a gym, lounge and computer area. The staff are very helpful and kind, and they even put on various events each month for residents to participate in. The layout of the apartment is very spacious and well taken care of. We never have a problem with parking and is a very quiet neighborhood. The only down side is that some neighbors smoke, even though it is a smoke-free community. But overall, we are enjoying living here.
