Great place to live, and could be even better!!!

We loved the property, the location and the amenities! The staff is kind and amazing and overall the common areas always look beautiful. I think Maintenance is doing a great job but sometimes, and this could be because of the way residents treat the areas, some of these do not look as great as they could. We definitely think that a pond (and there is an area that could be used), would be the cherry on top of the cake! And maybe we got bad luck, but the move in cleaning was not done as good as it could have been done; nothing bad at all but minor details that could make the first time experience even better!

Do not feel staff really cares, especially when issues are brought to their attention, lack of follow through Supposedly I pay for a secure building, the door leading to the outside has been broken since I moved in 7 weeks ago. No effort made to fix the door
