Deposits and Fees $150 non-refundable administrative fee due at time of application to reserve all apartments. Deposits start at $300 for all floorplan types. The resident is responsible for a portion of their water, sewer, and storm-water usage along with trash and preventative pest control services which will be billed monthly with rent. *Move-in date and unit are approximate and subject to change based on availability. The reservation must be confirmed via the leasing office and all required paperwork and application fees paid within 24 hours of the request.
