I've lived here for about 2 years now, and I love it. We have a great community of neighbors, and the space itself is wonderful and unique. The staff are extremely responsive to our needs, and I very much appreciate that. I would absolutely recommend this building to others. My only complaint would be the parking. I have 2 cars and park one on the surface lot and the other in the garage. The surface lot is fine, though a little cramped. The garage, however, is quite treacherous to get in and out of. Having SUVs in the closest parking spots to the garage entrance, both outside and inside, adds to the difficulty of getting into or out of a very narrow entrance. Just wish it were a bit safer, but obviously not a lot to be done about that. All that being said, my overall experience here has been great and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

We have lived with Terra going on our 5th year and love it. They are extremely responsove in any repairs needed, issues around the building, but also not being over-attentive (some other companies feel like big brother with their residents, but I dont get that feeling here.) finishes are beautiful and they keep up the maintenance outside and around the building as well.

I have lived at the Hawthorne since November of 2019. The units are huge, only two units per floor in each building and each unit runs the entire depth of the building so each unit has ample window and have outside exposure on all four perimeter walls. The finishes are high quality and management is very responsive.

This has been an incredible living situation - great apartments - they take great care of the units and the other tenants are amazing.
