I'm so happy to call this place my first apartment. I love the amount of sun, the character, the staff and maintenance crew. I also love the community inside the apartment - I know many of the people that live here and everyone on my floor.

This building is winderful. Beautiful high ceilings. Vintage elegance is everywhere, but it feels safe and friendly not ‘boozshee’. The rental company and the maintenance staff are great. Noise travels, we are definitely aurally aware that other people are right nearby, both in the building and outside. Small price to pay for the rest of the living experience. We are really happy here. This is a good place.
