We feel ignored

We are sort of new residents. When we've asked the office certain fhings, they act as if we are bothering them. The pool wasnt open, we were getting no explanation. Then one day its open, but only until 5pm. We discovered its only open til 5pm for certain people. There is a select crowd that is allowed to be in there passed 5pm, with a large stereo speaker, alcohol in glass, and several guests. This has happened multiple times. Weve tried to request fair treatment. We'd like the pool to feel safe for our kids. But it doesn't when there is a resident with 10 guests, lots of alcohol, and blaring music with cussing and other derogatories. Additionally, upon moving in, we notified the offoce of multiple issues. Nothing has been fixed and weve used our own money and resources to fix. In general, we enjoy our direct neighbors ans the location. But we are incredibly disappointed with the lack of information and fairness to tenants that actually follow guidelines.

Cheap, Good Location, Doable

Cheaper rent, although it's increasing. Amenities are poor, gym was unusable the entire first year of our lease and the pool was closed for unknown reasons after a week of being opened in the spring. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired in regards to response time. Some staff are really nice and some aren't.
