Felt Safe Here

I’ve seen several complaints of issues with apartments in disrepair etc. I may have escaped because I lived in the newest section, but I had an opposite experience. My apartment was well cared for and maintained - truly never a major issue. I rarely heard my neighbors and felt safe living there.

Definitely Recommend

The Township Apartment Homes, is probably the nicest and most understanding apartment complex I’ve lived at. I moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and have only lived here for a little over a month but have loved it ever since. I’ve only had one issue which was when ever it would rain the kitchen would (not flood) but get water in it. The maintenance team has always responded back within an hour of receiving the work order and always shows up immediately after the phone call. During this whole COVID-19 outbreak I was out of work for a week and then the following week my work had messed up my paycheck due to the pandemic. So I had to pay my rent 2 weeks late but the Township management team has been understanding and helpful in every way possible and have waived the late fees. I have amazing neighbors who actually want to be friendly every time they see you and all in all I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND The Township to anyone. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the area, the team at the township, and the apartment it’s self. Sean and Maria have been amazing and helpful through the move in process as well as the delayed rent issue and waving the late fees. Thank you guys!

Happy After 5 Years

I’ve lived here for 5 years and it has been pleasant. Neighbors are quiet. I just had my first maintenance call and the young man that came out was very professional and fixed my issue in less than 10 min. The office staff could be a little friendlier but we all have bad days. I could have just caught her on a bad day or hectic moment.

On Top of Things

I have a renovated apartment with the wood flooring and all of my friends are jealous! I didn't have any trouble with the leasing process, I filled out an application, got approved, and moved in the next day. My leasing agent was on top of things and called me whenever there were questions. Signing the lease took about twenty minutes and then I got the keys. So far I haven't heard my neighbors or really anything once I'm in my apartment. I would recommend for anyone wanting a good apartment in the Northland.

Good Experience

So far I have had a very good living experience. Staff very friendly maintenance as DONE great !! Task completed within 3 or 4 days. No MESS and a courtesy note explaining what was done. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.
