Breed Restrictions: No pet is allowed that is deemed dangerous or code-restricted by the city within which the community is located.

Best place I’ve lived at. Just disappointed the maintenance guy that’s been here for years is gone. The ones they have now do not even compare to the old one.

Like apartment

I've been here a year. I really like my apartment and building. PROS: The maintenance is great and so is the staff. The building is so quiet, I barely hear any neighbors. I think the rent is fair and my utilities are low. CONS:The laundry/ storage area does flood though, making a very musty smell and mold on the walls. The work out area is only open during thier buisness hours,8-5, so its basically useless for people that work during the day and they are closed on Saturday. Other than that, I do enjoy living here, I feel safe and its very convenient.

Comfortable, quiet, feels safe

I have lived here for a few years and I have loved this apartment! My view is amazing and its quiet. Pam is an amazing Apartment Manager and runs things efficiently to the best of her ability. I’ve had a few apartment issues BUT the maintenance requests are always tended to in a timely manner. I’m pretty happy in these apartments. Of course everyones experience is different, but what you read above has been mine!
