Accepted Pets: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets permitted on the property. Pets must be at least six (6) months old. No pet may exceed seventy-five (75) pounds when fully grown. Fees & Deposits: One Pet: $200 refundable pet deposit + $100 non-refundable pet fee Two Pets: $400 refundable pet deposit + $200 non-refundable pet fee Breed Restrictions: Pets deemed dangerous or code-restricted by the city in which the community is located are not permitted.

The staff is wonderful!!! The maintenance is too. They really take great care of theses apartments. Location is perfect, I don't hear my neighbors. Its a great place to live, I just signed my 3rd lease.
