I Like it - Wish it Had a Little More
I really like my place. There is sometimes a lot of weed smoke smell and that stinks, it's like putting up with a lot of cigarette smoke. The smell isn't constant, but sometimes it seems that way depending on how often people light up. Other than that - I really like my place. Noise isn't bad, but I can hear someone walking hard in their place and the problem with that is I am on the top floor. So that means they are either on my same floor walking hard or I am hearing vibrations from below. I can hear conversations outisde my door if people are talking in the hall. My children tell me they can hear me talking when I'm inside the apartment and they are in the hallway coming in the apartment. Even with that, this place is better than the place I rented downtown Kansas City in a renovated loft. After this I want to go back to a house because I want to talk loud at times and play music loud at times. Maintenance has come promptly when I've called them with an issue. They have fixed the problem and when they couldn't fix my fridge they brought us a new one that same day. So far, maintenance has been kind. grounds are kept well. I wish they had somewhere to sit outside of the apartments and in the open yard areas. They only have chairs outside the main office and outside/inside the pool area. I also wish they had something for adults other than a dog park. Some places like this have a basketball court and swings and volleyball area and some even have tennis courts.

Everything is great at Kinsley Forest. It can be a bit loud but that's more of a tenant issue than a Kinsley Forest issue

I have been living here going on 4 years it’s pretty good haven’t had a problem.. Just parking and sometimes it’s a little noises.. but it been good
Fine Enough
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and haven't seen a clear fire lane yet. There is, technically, parking, but it is quite far from your buildings' door - presuming your fob (or the secret code) work -- otherwise, it's a bit of a hike. This is all well and good, who couldn't use the steps - but hope you don't have to mosey past the dumpster, because it STANKS. I don't suppose that the trash from tis complex is especially rancid, but it doesn't easily or frequently get impacted to the compactor. Mounds of trash, insufficient parking, and dog poo everywhere - but its fine enough.
