Parking was a mess, but other than that it's a pretty good place to live!

As the title says - it’s fine. The previous owners and management were great. Current owners and management are TBD but not off to the best of starts. They bought the place, added a utility that was previsouly the owners responsibilty and made it the tenants, and then increased rent immediately and failed to mention it until a couple of days before the holidays and a few weeks before the new price went into effect. They so kindly included a Notice to Vacate form in the same email though.

I enjoy living here! Management is very nice and my maintenance issues are fixed in a very timely manner. I wish the amenities were better for the location, for example a community center or better gym facilities. Besides that I am very happy!
