Perfect location

We’ve been very satisfied with The Preserve at Woodland. With this being our first apartment since we moved to Grand Rapids, we weren’t sure how the move would be. The maintenance and office staff have exceeded our expectations greatly tho and we couldn’t recommend choosing The Preserve at Woodland more.

I really enjoy living here! When i first got here, I was a bit nervous of what to “actually” expect. Nonetheless, the staff has been helpful; our grass stays cut; maintenance is quick to fix things, and so on.

Unsatisfied.

I was disappointed by the staffs' approach to tenant's problem. I had a heater that did not work properly for nearly two months. I called maintenance for the same issue 5 different times and the staff did exactly what they did before to "fix" the issue. The heater did not work for two months and they needed to call outside contractor to fix this issue. I asked for a refund of the rent and they refused. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said they would call me in a matter of week or two. I did not receive any call. It is any renter's right to have proper heating, but it seems like it is not for Preserve Woodland.
