It has veen such a peaceful harbor to live in Kentwood! I have great, quiet neighbors and love that there are woods around my place. Maintenece and staff are great and always there to help and have learned my name within the first time of meeting me! Love the apartment and ammenities.

I have lived here for almost 4 years. The location is great because I have lived in Kentwood for some 50 years and know the area. My apt. faces Shaffer and it does get noisy from the early morning worker traffic or the emergency units racing by at all hours. I do not mind walking up stairs or the walk to the car port , but I do mind paying $55 for my 2 cats.

My wife and I have lived here for five years. If a problem arises with you or one of your family members, the property management will make sure you are homeless with no second chance or discussing the issue(s). We loved living here and as senior citizens we feel betrayed. But I would recommend this apartment complex because it is nice and quiet and has everything a family needs. Now we will be living in a homeless shelter. Never missed paying rent or late over the last 13 years. There are rules in my opinion which are setup to keep African American families like us out of specific areas. Everyone has rules I understand, but if everyone feels they must create rules and regulation that they see mostly affects certain groups of people that's wrong. People in power do not care about human beings if they are from a certain minority. People in power do not compassion or empathy towards certain groups of people. Thank you

I like the size and location of Huntington apartments. The Shaffer traffic noise is not so pleasant ... nor is the extra $55 monthly cat fee that the new owners added this year.

My wife and I are going on 5 years living at Huntington Glen and we just love it. The amenities that we have in our apartment are convenient. When we are out and about we often think about how comfortable it will be when we return home.
