I have lived at Forest Pointe apartments for 2 1/2 months. I am very impressed with the maintenance staff for one Sunday afternoon in September my refrigerator stopped running. Within 20 minutes I was called and soon after that a maintenance person came and addressed the problem by checking the fuse box. Last week I requested 4 small, non-emergency maintenance issues be addressed. A maintenance person quickly and efficiently took care of each issue by the next day. I live in a very quiet building and have always felt safe here. I love my view of the woods and a small meadow that I see from my windows. I often see birds and squirrels in the trees.

We have enjoyed every aspect of this apartment community and would recommend this to be your first home. We moved in feb.2022 and havent had a issue with any neighbors or any suspicious activity. That being said we have loved every minute here.

Overall, the office is amazing. The only issue is their contracts and policies. If you’re going through financial issues, or looking for a quick place to stay please read their terms and conditions. To break a lease is almost 3 times the rent. And there’s not much they can do to help except say sorry. It’s a fault of my own that I have to break it, but for it to cost almost 3 times is a bit ridiculous. Do not go to this establishment if you do not plan on staying at this place for a long period.

I lived here at Forest Pointe and then moved to Georgia. I had to return to Michigan hut the one thing I did know was I wanted to come HOME to Forest Pointe. I have nothing but good things to say about the apts. It is a home atmosphere. The staff Elise,Katherine,Kylie the most AMAZING people you every wanted to meet. They made my transition here stress free. I truly do love you ladies. Thank you again.??

I was informed of an up coming inspection that took place today. Which is fine i understand that these things happen from time to time, two employees entered my home while i was away my mom and young son and his father were there i have been informed that the employees weren't wearing mask, i find this very upsetting my son is too young to wear a mask, I would appreciate it if next time they wear a mask i know its a lot to ask, its not my property and u guys can do with it as you please, but for my peace of mind and my son heath it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
