First impressions

So only been here for 3 weeks. I love the location, close to everything downtown without the traffic. The view out the front is great with the river and the dam right there. The apartment is quiet except for the highway hmm, but have yet to hear a neighbor on top/bottom or the sides. The maintenance is great and the common spaces are always clean. I think the parking in the garage is a tight fit for anybody and like any downtown location it is a premium. Otherwise a great place.

I have lived here two years after selling my condo. Icon has far and away exceeded all of my expectations and my standards are high. The rooms are spacious and there is so much natural light. The high ceilings and layout is fabulous. I have never once heard a neighbor through any of the walls/ceiling/floor. It is built very well. Maintenance is phenomenal. Covered parking, washer & dryer in unit, garbage shoot on the floor -- all fabulous. It is well maintained, the location is wonderful. I cannot recommend living here enough. I love it!
