It is great so far, I have only been here for a month but the actual apartments are really nice. I will say with teh construction right next to the complex it is very noisy and the parking is not ideal.

You must arrive home before 530 pm if you want a place to park which is covered. The parking appears to be plenty until you notice the parking garage is a paid garage for those who want to pay to park and/or going to the fitness center. Oh by the way the fitness center has reserved parking. Not only that someone is storing a car and that car is taking up two spaces. It is very tough to find parking.

I have lived at 234 Market Apartments for about a year and I have loved it so far. I walk to my job every morning and the whole process in moving in was made so easy by Michelle and the rest of the leasing office staff. The building is newer and they always keep it looking nice and clean. The only minor complaint I would have is that sound can sometimes travel easily when music is played in an apartment close to mine, but this happens very rarely and not enough to where it is a bother. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great spot in downtown Grand Rapids!
