Parking can get difficult. There isn't enough parking spaces for everyone living here. Im afraid it will just get worse now that they are offering designated $70 event parking. I love the apartment as a whole/ the windows are lovely/and there isn't a lot of noise from neighbors/ you can hear the trains at night but that will happen with any apartment. I'm not sure how to feel about the maintenance. They come quickly and wear shoe covers which is very nice, but i've submitted a a request for something to be fixed twice and it's still a problem. Its a liveable problem though. Location is great.

Overall good expericne. Some neightbors are abit noisy and prlong can somtimes be problimatic.

It is great so far, I have only been here for a month but the actual apartments are really nice. I will say with teh construction right next to the complex it is very noisy and the parking is not ideal.

You must arrive home before 530 pm if you want a place to park which is covered. The parking appears to be plenty until you notice the parking garage is a paid garage for those who want to pay to park and/or going to the fitness center. Oh by the way the fitness center has reserved parking. Not only that someone is storing a car and that car is taking up two spaces. It is very tough to find parking.
