Love living here since last three years!

We love living here since last three years happily. So happy and satisfied that we are going to sign the fourth lease now. Escher is a beautiful well maintained building with so many great amenities, covered garage and other facilities to use when ever you want. It’s managment staff is very respectful and polite, always be there and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very caring, knowledgeable and helpful, they do the work order timely. It’s location is really great, surrounded by so many grocery stores, pharmacies, great restaurants, personal needs shops, lots of fitness and entertainment facilities. Big advantage is you have Metro station (red line) and Montgomery county’s so many buses running just 6-7 minutes walk away. I love living here.

Good apartment

We have lived here for one year and so far the apartment is very good. The only major we have had so far is noise from upstairs. Also, the hot water heater is not very large, so the hot water can run out. Other than that, no other complaints.
