The building seems to be slowly but surely falling apart. The doors from the garage consistently go out and now the stairwell doors don't work either. The fire alarm (which is no fault of Blvd Ansel) goes off way too much for there to never be an actual issue, and now the Tesla dealership has slowly but surely parked their entire stock of cars on the 6th and 7th floor. I can see this becoming an issue with parking if they continue brining the whole dealership to the garage.

Lived here for a year, moved out recently due to job relocation. Ansel is the best apartment I've lived in. No noise at all as this is a concrete highrise, and it's a big plus if you work from home, I am done with cheap wood-framed apartments. Wonderful clean team and maintenance team. Great location in the town center. Only have one concern, parking, you will have to share with retail parking and it's not assigned.
