Happy, overall

1. Quality of management has increased significantly since Mario Clay joined the community. (No, I am not related to Mario nor did I get any incentive for saying this). 2. It's wonderful that Arrowwood has such a beautiful party room. It makes sense to hold a refundable deposit for hosting a party in the space in the event that the space is not returned in the same condition that it is checked out for. It is extremely not fair to have to pay a non-refundable deposit to use the space. 3. Maintenance takes too long to respond to requests.

Noisy, awful building, poorly managed

The building is poorly designed and cheaply constructed. There is wood between floors instead of concrete, making the building noisy throughout. You’ll hear everything through the paper-thin walls, floors, and ceilings, including your neighbors going to the bathroom! The property is poorly managed, the office is often completely empty, and they never pick up the phone. The building is not that old but is cracking eveywhere, and elevators, trash chutes, and the parking garage doors often don’t work. The carpets are stained with pet accidents, there is the smell of weed in the building, there are frequent parking violations, and fairly frequent loud parties. They try to advertise this as a “luxury” property, but it is more like a frat house. Two years ago this place was okay, but it’s really gone downhill. Don’t be fooled if you take a tour. Living here is a completely different thing, very stressful, unpleasant, and VERY expensive for wht you get. There is high resident turnover and high staff turnover. Says a lot.
