Maintenance needs to improve, but great location

Location is good, need to fresh paints for a lot of area, hallway carpet is very old, the office hour is hard to visit since it is late open and early closing time and no Sunday opening.

Good Staff, meh residents

Good place to live in. Maintenance and leasing office staff are usually responsive and willing to assist with needs. This year they have worked hard to try to create a community environment. Dogs owners are a problem in our community; some are not very respectful and do not pick up after their dogs.
