Office staff is friendly and do all they can do . Deanna is Great ..Maintenance Supervisor has a lot going on , but will get it done ..Hopefully these generated letters will get right and go to the right people , once it shows rent is paid on portal .

I've been here nearly 3 years a and I must say, as a retired property manager, good job, The people throughout are friendly, relaxed, and enjoy a nice walk after dinner. The community accepts pets so you see almost every breed. There are picnic tables and a grill by each building. There is also a small exercise room and a beautiful CLEAN pool to enjoy. This community has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The grounds are kept up, no papers blown everywhere trash sitting out by the dumpsters. Recently there was a Memorial Day party at the pool, drinks and food provided. For every holiday , we are treated to similar festivities. You may also go out one day and on your door knob is a treat bag with popcorn reminding residents of a movie they are showing that evening. These gestures make this property stand out far and above the others. The expensive properties being built nearby may have all the bells and whistles and shiny new appliances but one thing they don't have is a comfortable "home" as Runaway Bay.

The maintenance crew is 100% professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to requests. We are super happy with everything here!!

Although there aren't any features like swimming pool, gym, business center, etc. I wouldn't trade it for anything. My kitchen is beautiful, newly renovated. An in-unit washer and dryer would have made this place heaven sent but the trade off for beautiful scenery, quiet community, maintained grounds, cleanliness (in and outside of building) , makes up for it. The neighbors are respectful, pleasant, and considerate. The actually clean up behind their pets. The area is a great place for someone needing serenity and to reside in a community that's not just advertisement only.
