William L. on Apr 5, 2024I have lived here for 23 years. I love everything about this property. The parking is plenty and easy. The maitanence staff have almost all been here the entire time i have been here so we know them like family. Plus they do good work and are very timely. Rachel the apartment manager is beyond amazing. She has also been here longer then i have! The building was built very well and the walls must be veryyy thick because you can't hear your neighboors at all! The lobby and all staff are just very pleasant. The amenities such as the coffee station (always stocked) and the deli downstairs (tastyyyyy) mean you dont have to leave the building if you dont have anyhing else to do… I dont have 1 bad thing to say amd thats over 23 years. I know i was just very lucky when i moved in 23 years ago… never would i have thought i would still be here 23 years later!

Over those two years I have seen many positive changes and upgrades with the recent one upgrading the counters in the kitchen and bathroom to Granite. As a previous homeowner twice over, I appreciate the ability to call someone when and if there are any issues. They keep the grounds maintained and neat. I don’t have any issues or complaints. Until that time arrives for me to own for a third time, I’m going to stay here and enjoy my time. Plus the gym and pool are a nice addition too.
