We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs or 1 cat and 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. For garden style apartments, your pet must not exceed 65 pounds and for mid-rise/high-rise it must not exceed 35 pounds. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $300 refundable pet deposit, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $45 monthly pet rent/ pet. If you sign up for Jetty Renter's Insurance, your pet deposit will be waived.

My experience living here has been very average. The up keep of the buildings inside and outside is very poor and not up to standards. The security door often times is broken along with the glass. The hallways are very loud with children running the hallways. The security door of the gym is always broken. They only positive thing is the location is ideal.

don't make promises to potential residents

1st Veronica lied about unit that she showed me with patio. Balcony blinds makeshift doesn't fit balcony window. Refrigerator was dead when I moved in and had to be replaced. the stove if not careful using 4th eye emits gas fumes. Moved in Sept 15th and the paperwork was not done satisfactorily, and the threat of eviction was sent to me. Maintenance is great. the view of the wildlife from my unit makes this ok since my medical equipment is set up in front of balcony window and I have to use it off and on all day.
