Good, but bad parking

Living here is peaceful, but after the conversion to pango parking, the parking went from ample to scarce. It is a bad choice on management's part in the name of making more money. Other than that everything is in decent condition and you can have a pet

Could be better

I've been here almost two years and feel that for the price things could be better. One of the staff members wasn't the nicest at the leasing office, but I don't want to take away from the other nice members. I like that it's a quiet community and feels safe. The things I don't like is there are no elevators and guests have to pay for parking.

Noisy, Not Well Maintained

I would not recommend living here. Despite the fact that I've lived here for over 10 years, it continues to go downhill. Cost is not reasonable (they added a minimum at least ~+3%/yr rent increase into the lease agreement, the latest version added an ~$500/yr amenity cost even though amenity hasn't increased, and your guests now have to pay for parking. Apt not well maintained. It takes multiple tickets to get things half fixed. I've had issues with my hot water, heat, refrigerator, sink issues, leak into my apartment, and leak from my apartment). There's drug/pot smoking and noise issues. People smoking in their apartment and the smoke getting into mine. Same with the noise - music or hearing people walking or dogs barking. Then there's trash issues and people not picking up dog poop. The grounds are just not well maintained and the kind of people that stay here don't help the situation.
