5 yr resident Pros- Complex cleanliness during the week Spacious Cons- No parking near your Apt after a certain time at all (6pm). They've turned alot of parking into Handicapped. Amenities are slim to none. Fitness center has been closed for 2 months now & they turned the club house into a staff meeting area. Water is always getting shut off due to an unforseen Emergency. Cleaning people use to clean complex once a week now it's more like once a month. Cheap paint inside of Apts
