I lived here for 13 plus years, I love the quietness and cleanliness of the building. The maintenance is always thorough if there is a problem. I have always had questions addressed in a timely manner, or most of the time the same day. The office personnel is tremendous in answering questions and getting back to you in a timely manner. There is no other place that I can call home when I come home other than Ingram Manor.

Lovely apartment. Quiet neighbors. Responsive maintenance staff. While I’ve listened to construction for over a year, and occasionally deal with people parking in my allotted parking space, its a very welcoming and clean community.

I absolutely have loved these apts forever. My old and dear friends are my next door neighbors. I love my apartment. However since the new construction has started, life has been pretty difficult. The parking is horrendous, the dust is horrendous, The construction crew can't seem to figure out that one way means just that. I have to leave for work early and they are all standing in the only road to get out or they have a tendency to bring their trucks down a one way street the wrong way.

The very spacious and quiet (I have never heard any noise from above or next door neighbors) apartments are in an ideal location, close to shopping, freeways, synagogues and activities.
