Organize mail room packages room. Should be labels by groups of floors . Ir 1-5 , 6-10. Difficult to find #2 No cell phone on elevator, garage , mail room? Even out by Starbucks A more powerful router system in order.

I came to tour the community with my best friend, and we had the pleasure of meeting Jordan. I must say, he was outstanding. His professionalism and in-depth knowledge truly stood out, but what impressed me most was his genuine concern for helping my friend find the perfect apartment. If I didn’t already own my home, I would have seriously considered renting here myself, simply because of the exceptional experience Jordan provided.

Incompetent apartment building staff have turned a once enjoyable living experience into a frustrating ordeal. From maintenance workers never seem to fix anything properly to property managers who are consistently unreachable or unresponsive, incompetence has lead to a myriad of issues. Communication breakdowns, unresolved problems, and a general lack of accountability has created an environment of dissatisfaction and inconvenience for me and my fellow residents.

I have lived here for a year, it is a bit expensive for what you get. Amenities are fine, staff is somewhat responsive.
