I have lived here for a year, it is a bit expensive for what you get. Amenities are fine, staff is somewhat responsive.

Great location and property
I have lived in the apartment complex since 2015. The location is great. It is within walking distance to two metro stops - Grosvenor and White Flint - so downtown DC is easily accessible. The property includes a Wholefoods and a CVS which makes shopping convenient. The area is very walkable, and a treelined part of the Bethesda Trolley Trail is just a couple of blocks away. All together, I am pleased with the property and the location.

Awesome
I've been living at Nobe for 2+ years now and I appreciate and love the attentiveness of the leasing office. Cecilia was so helpful and did a great job making the resigning process seamless and stress-free, and I was thrilled to stay at my current apartment. The leasing office responds promptly to any maintenance requests, and the entire team is friendly and approachable. Theresa does a wonderful job keeping the east tower clean, additionally, she's a fantastic person to chat with each morning. The facilities and amenities offered by the apartment complex are fantastic, and the leasing office regularly organizes social events that bring the community together.
