Great place!

I've stayed here over a year, and it's been wonderful! Great area that is close to the metro for travel. The staff are incredibly wonderful and receptive, making it a great place to stay!

Great Location

We picked Terano because it was the best price and location for a two bedroom. Unfortunately between signing the lease and moving in they went exclusive with Xfinity for internet. Now we're stuck with more expensive and worse internet. Aside from that frustration the property is great. We love the floorplan and the proximity to Twinbrook Metro. There's more shops and restaurants nearby than we could possibly ask for.

I have not moved in yet, but the office staff has been siper accomadating, the amenties and property itslef is well taken care of and the location is abosolutely perfect

Clean, safe, relatively quiet, and great value

We've lived at the Terano for 2 1/2 years and have truly enjoyed our time here. The location is great - in close proximity to Pike & Rose; walkable to Matchbox, Safeway, Gilly's, and the metro; convenience right out the door at Brews and Green Bamboo. The neighbors say "hi" in the hallway and hold the doors for you, but otherwise leave you alone, which is just right for an apartment building. Parking is plentiful and secure. We're on the side facing Brew's and the metro, both of which can be a bit noisy in the evenings (as well as some dogs barking from the Alaire) but you get used to it quickly, and nothing a little white/brown/green/etc. noise can't cover. Maintenance and the whole staff are great here too. Really, no complaints, and the price can't be beat.
