Fantastic location, i came from a city were i wasnt well locsted. Getting to the gym, work, and even casual fun activities were difficult. Here, on the other hand, convienen e is its biggest strength

Ive lived in this building for 2.5 years. It is fantastic. The location is unbeatable, the maintenance couldnt be faster, and the staff is helpful and accommodating. The 24 hour gym is great as well

I have lived in this building for 2 years. I am very pleased with the location. It reminds me of living on a college campus because everything I could ask for is within walking distance. Additionally, it is a 3 minute drive from 270. As for the amenities, they are top notch. The 24 hour gym is very convenient and gives me no excuse to skip working out. There is almost nothing I could improve about Boulevard 44.
