For what it’s worth it’s alright. But laundry room maintenance has been lacking. Half the machines in there have been out of commission for about a year now with no updates about it whatsoever.

They need to put separate meters on each apartment. That’s all there is to it. There is so much maintenance being gone on the air conditioning and the water, etc. You’re basically paying for everyone else’s electricity if you’re never here or very frugal with your own.. The pool opens late every single year and the hot tub has never worked, you can’t even have a visitor on the weekend without them getting towed, main complaint is the utilities constantly going up whether you’re using them or not because everything is constantly under maintenance. It ends up, not looking so great once you get here and You can’t use any of the amenities or save any energy or money on utilities because you’re gonna pay either way. The apartments are tiny. Also, you can’t use your air conditioning after October and it doesn’t come back on again until May, I think. This is Maryland, sometimes it gets hot all the way up until November or December. Then, they hand out portable AC units to everyone,, They use up a ton of energy and there goes your electricity bill five times more than it has ever been since you lived here. Same with the water, It is off for an entire day several times a month and constantly under maintenance. We have to pay water charges, so we’re paying for that too. Honestly, I don’t know how it’s legal, and there are a bunch of residents seeking legal counsel.
