Great value apartment
Halpine view has been our home for the past 7 years. The staff is always accommodating and always friendly yet professional. The location is close to walking distance to a metro station and Rockville has a lot going on for being a pseudo-city. The downside of Halpine View is, depending on the building you stay in, other residents and sometimes public tend to disrespect the amenities. Sometimes people do not pick up after their pets, the recycling bins get filled because people fail to break down their boxes, and landscaping companies are loud especially if you work from home. Aside from those negative marks, Halpine View is a great start if you are looking for your first apartment.
