I've lived here 4+ years and really enjoy it overall. The onsite management office is generally lovely to deal with. The maintenance staff is on point in their job. Management and maintenance both are very responsive. The parking is great. The location is superb. It's very quiet and have found my neighbors to be great as well. I even ran into a long financial challenge once since being here and could not have asked for more gracious and open lines of communication with the property manager as I was working towards the resolution. The property is taken care of very well for buildings of this age. The problem is the elevators, which have seemed to reach obsolescence. Currently in the building in which I live, the elevator is out of service as much, and sometimes more, than it is in service. It is at the point where even once it is back in service w/in 24hrs it is out of service again, and generally takes more than 24hrs for it to be back in service. The onsite property manager is very good, again, at keeping us informed about the actual mechanical failures, what service is needed, etc., however that still does not mitigate the major inconvenience. I get up and down the stairs easily (on the top floor), however I do have neighbors for whom it is not easy. The necessary major repairs are supposed to be done by this year's (2025) end. If considering moving to any building here (as I said, it is otherwise LOVELY) definitely inquire about the state of the elevator.

Not worth the price for the rent amount.

I've lived here for about 7 years. Parking is not always what it used to be. I often struggle to find a parking spot in front of my apartment. In the first years I lived here, I could always park right in front. Now it seems there could be almost double the number of cars. I like the office staff. The pool is always clean. surrounding is clean too.

There is nothing this place has that is an issue. Location, landscape, amenities, & friendly tenants. All 10/10!
