Could be better

The morgan can invest into the property more, for example there are two eliptical machines, one could be a stairmaster. Secondly, it would be nice for the lawn service to stop over mowing in areas that have none existant grass or in flooded areas.

Trash area is out of control every weekend

There are a list of problems but one of the recently big problems is the trash area. Over the weekend the trash is overflowing and its disgusting to look at. Residents are not able to bring their trash out without the problem. I don’t know if it is because of people moving out or what. But it is every weekend.
