Pets allowed. Max weight 75 lb each. Pet limit 1 allowed. Pet Policy: All pets must be registered with the Leasing Office. LCOR accepts dogs and cats that meet the restrictions stated below. Unless the animal is a service or companion animal, you will be required to pay a monthly pet rent of seventy-five dollars ($75) per pet. Prior to move-in, you will be required to complete and sign an Animal Addendum and provide the following documentation: (1) Current vaccination records; (2) License and/or registration (as required by law); (3) Pet Profile – Veterinarian statement establishing general health, breed or breed mix, and (4) Picture of pet. LCOR accepts all breeds of dogs except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: All Pit Bull Breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, American Bulldog, Afghan Hound, Akita, Bernese Mountain Dog, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, Great Dane, Malamute, Mastiff, Presa Canario (Canary Mastiff), Neapolitan Mastiff, Rottweiler, Saluki, St. Bernard, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid, and Weimaraner. We reserve the right to add additional breeds or families to this list of prohibited breeds at any time. The maximum weight allowed per pet is seventy-five (75) lbs.
