For a new build, I was disappointed.

I moved into a new build and was the first person to live in my apartment. After settling in, I began to notice design flaws and visual defects to the apartment that I do not believe are standard for any new builds. Brand new appliance facades, plumbing issues, drinking water concerns, and cleanliness of the apartment at move-in showed a lack of negligence on the construction and property management teams. The apartment finishes were definitely rushed and when mentioning to property management company, this was supposedly "what the contractors were paid to do." At the price I am paying, it does not match the quality of the apartment.
