The property mangment team and the maintenance team are exptremely responsive and are very nice people! The building is clean and very well cared for. I like that they have special events for the apartment comminity as well, such as “Grill and Chill” and other events associated with festivals in town. HP Ventures was extremely easy to work with during the application process. We had a few unique issues to deal with and they were very professional and helpful.

Very clean and pretty well taken care of for this type of building. Biggest complain would be you can hear the people above you pretty easily if they're loud.

Anonymous on Jun 10, 2024Love the location. It is close to the train tracks so you will hear (and feel) the trains but it's never bothered us. The location is incredibly convenient to the train station and the restaurants and shops of Clarendon Hills. Prior comment on soundproofing is accurate. The walls are not soundproofed so you have to hope you have quiet neighbors. What's frustrating is the owners allow smoking on the balconies so if you don't like smelling and breathing in cigarette smoke then you have to hope you don't have smokers below you. We do and it's a constant barrage of cigarette smoke onto our terrace. You're also not supposed to smoke in the apartments, but other than sending e-mails about the rules, management doesn't do anything about it. We get cigarette smoke through the vents on bad weather days and have sent emails about this several times and nothing has changed. That's pretty much ruined our experience living here. The previous tenant before us had the same problem and moved out and we'll probably have to do the same.

Maintenance of the entranceway and walls is well-kept. The no-wait response to incidents in my dwelling place is handled discreetly. I appreciate the safety and security of incoming mail and packages located in the main office building. The access to the mailroom is 24/7. The staff is courteous and user friendly. Announcements of changes are clear and concise and allows for planning. The outside entranceway is salted. The campus grounds are well-groomed. Management supplies poop bags which is convenient. The disposal of waste receptacles are plentiful and close by.
