I asked to have my lock changed when I was home due to my cat always trying to get outside and also for my own sense of security I do not want anyone in my apartment when I am not there. They went into my apartment without my permission and the manager claims she was just doing what I asked and that they did not technically enter my apartment. They left the key to my apartment outside on the floor for anyone to grab and just walk into my apartment. Also left the door unlocked. When I got home my bathroom towels were moved around and there was dirt on my rug. Not sure why you would have to step into the bathroom to change the lock on the front door. I've had packages stolen from the lobby, there’s been multiple posts online about people creeping around looking in windows. (Thankfully they care about your safety and will leave your door unlocked). Cars have been hit and people’s tires have been slashed but there’s no cameras so nothing can be done about it. Even if you have a concern you get a very generic, unbothered response because Crystal doesn’t actually care, it’s not her property being damaged or stolen:)) there’s a flyer up advertising a chance at $200 off your rent for leaving a review so that would kind of make up for the tire I just had to get replaced lol

Spacious parking. Quiet area. Laundry on site. Nice courtyard. Prompt maintenance. Good experience thus far.

Decent place to live. Nice parking, good amenities. The gym doesn't get cleaned, but otherwise good.
