Pros – Extremely friendly staff –Nice neighbors – Very peaceful environment Cons – small apartments for the price– furniture sits by the garbage bins for months. I moved in over five months ago, and mattresses, couches, and the likes are still on the side of the garbage bins. Dog poop covers the grass and no one picks it up, although Dog Poop Stations are available. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Great maintenance

I've been here over a year. Not a bad place. except people taking packages that are left at door. People below me super loud music after 10pm. Rent higher than other apartments in area. Maintenance is great here. Nice staff.
