I have been living here for a year, and have just signed another lease. This building is very nice, with a beautiful rooftop, grills, rooftop kitchen, pool table, TVs, and outdoor lounge space. The gym has all your basic equipment, however, I only use the Peloton. There is an indoor dog run for when the weather is spicy (aka cold, stormy, etc) with an indoor dog washing station. There is also a secure bike storage room. The one down side is that there is not an attached parking garage, however, there is a deal with another building that we can use theirs for a reduced cost. There is usually free parking in the neighborhood as well. Overall the building is in a prime location for several bus stops, the blue line, the Eisenhower, and a short walk to Greek town and Fulton Market. The building is kept extremely clean with some of the friendliest maintenance, front entrance, and office staff. They are always available to help answer any questions, take care of any technical issues, and genuinely want to know how you are doing. This is a great building for pre/professional staff.

Management and staff were very friendly and helpful when this building first opened in 2021. Once management changed- staffing at front desk are not helpful, they don't help open doors or let people in regularly. some are on their phones or just watch you try and struggle to come in especially since the doors take a minute to open. Dont get a parking pass- one its not connected to the building and two it is not guaranteed youll even have a spot in the garage since its used with another apt complex and random people who pay to park in the garage. keep an extra $200 a month to avoid this. not worth it.

Great place to live

I love living at Avra! The front desk and maintenance staff are SO friendly and helpful, which really adds to the experience living here. It's pretty quiet and a great place to live overall.
