Friendly staff, excellent location, competitive apartment sizes, great views and chepaer rent than it’s contemporaries. The amenities are alright and they don’t have a parking garage but the rent prices reflect that.
Central downtown Chicago living
The building is located in the central downtown Chicago, by the riverwalk and close to navy pier and by the north edge of the Millennium park. Walk distance to public transportation. Staffs are amazing. Con: no in-unit laundry; parking is a pain; by the fire department and lower wacker dr, so it's noisy.
