DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have never been more disgusted with/appalled by a management team in my life. The apartments are dated/low quality and amenities are skimpy and poorly maintained. On top of that, the management team is absolutely horrific. They rarely answer their phones, are inconsistent on their answers across the board, charge you for obscene things, increase rent annually at a higher rate than any other building I've lived in, lie about removing false charges from your account, make it impossible to move units (even if you are trying to get into a larger unit and pay more at the time your lease is up), and then throw unsubstantiated charges on your account after moving out. My friend broke her lease early and moved out of the building because her neighbors smoked constantly and it was leaking into her apartment so much that she couldn't breathe or sleep. Management's response was to put a few strips of duct tape over her vent, that did absolutely nothing to help but also made her heating/cooling less efficient. Another friend broke her lease and moved out early as well because the building constantly cut down on package room hours, so we could only pick up packages (our own mail/property) a couple hours a day during the week and were otherwise unable to obtain our own property for weeks at a time. They also have lost several of my packages altogether. The afternoon front desk staff is rude. The parking garage staff will never respond to calls and are never in the office. It took me an entire month after moving out to get them to stop charging me. The management team will charge you for using your own spare key (even though you can give it to anyone else for free at any time by emailing the front desk). They also tried to charge me almost $1000 a month after moving out to replace their rubber floors that are almost 15 years old for supposedly starting to peel (which is normal wear and tear). I've never in my life been charged a single property damage fee.
