Lived here for a full year. Few minor issues that were taken care of right away!! OVERALL: Great experience for my first year ??

Decent living space and good for rent price. A couple blocks from Grant Park and easy on and off the highway.

Don and Sarah were absolutely amazing during one of the most stressful times for me. I needed to move on very short notice, and Don went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to get done was handled so I could get approved and moved in in less than a week. His help, responsiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference for me when time was really not on my side. Because of how short the notice was, I ended up needing to pick up my keys on a Saturday, which was such a relief to learn since the building is open on Saturdays and even Sundays. Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful that Saturday evening she took the time to expedite the process and made sure I was able to get my keys that same day. That meant a lot to me, and it really eased the pressure of an already stressful situation. Both Don and Sarah played a huge role in helping me through a difficult move, and Iam genuinely grateful for everything they did. Now that i lived in the building, I can also say the front desk staff has been consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. It really makes a difference coming home to friendly people. I also love that the building is dog-friendly, which adds such a warm and inviting feel to the community. The only area I think could use some improvement is the gym. While its nice to have one in the building, it is a bit small and could definitely benefit from some remodeling or upgrades. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and a huge part of that is because of Don and Sarah. Their support, urgency, and kindness made all the difference when I needed it most.

I have lived here for 2 years now. My apartment has increased in rent recently and I am having to move to another unit due to budget concerns
